Outlook · Teams · SharePoint · Copilot
Microsoft 365 automation that still has a person in the loop.
Turn Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot into a workflow with approvals. Indigo Tango automates Microsoft 365 for growing businesses without a new platform.
A license is not a process.
Copilot can draft a reply. It cannot tell you which mailbox is the system of record, which SharePoint library the team actually trusts, or who must approve a change before it hits the CRM. Indigo Tango builds that missing path inside the Microsoft 365 tenant you already pay for.
The usual shape is familiar. A request arrives in Outlook or a form. The useful fields are read. A draft, a record, or a next step is prepared in Teams or the CRM. A person reviews the exception. The routine cases move without another copy-paste.
What we connect first.
The starting point is the pile of work already sitting in Microsoft 365, not a new inbox.
• Outlook requests that should become a tracked item, not a buried thread
• Teams approvals for the cases that need a human, and a quiet path for the ones that do not
• SharePoint and the documents people already treat as policy, so answers come from your files
• Copilot used on a defined task, with a boundary on what it is allowed to write back
Governance is part of the build.
Permissions stay least-privilege. Company data is not sent off to train a public model. Anything that updates a business system has an owner and an exception path. That is the difference between a demo and something a manager can leave running on a Friday.
If the tenant is messy — shared mailboxes, three versions of the same file, Copilot turned on with no use case — the assessment says so. Cleaning the path is often the highest-value week of the project.
Questions people ask before they call.
Do we need Copilot licenses before you can help?
No. Many workflows are routing, extraction, and approvals inside Microsoft 365. Copilot is useful when a person needs a draft or a summary of material you already approved. The assessment tells you whether licenses would change the outcome.
Can this write back to our CRM or ERP?
Yes, when the record and the permission are clear. A person still reviews the cases that do not match the rule. Indigo Tango does not give a model a blank check to update production systems.
Will this require a new portal for the team?
Usually no. People keep working in Outlook, Teams, and the line-of-business tools they already open. A separate portal is a last resort.
